Upon completion of his law studies in 2012, Robert started his career in legal recruitment at Legal People in Amsterdam. After working as a consultant at Voxius, he switched to Spencer Stuart, an international leadership agency. At Spencer Stuart he was responsible for leadership advisory work, culture assessments and conducting executive searches at board level. In 2020, Robert went back to his legal roots and joined HDDN Legal Search as a partner.
Robert is experienced in guiding law firms, corporate organisations and individual legal professionals. In numerous searches and recruitment processes, he advised candidates in the (follow-up) choice for each type of legal position in a variety of areas of law. From legal counsel, attorney, attorney-partner to general counsel. Arranging the right sustainable connection between clients and candidates is what makes Robert tick.
